Stage III
TNM T1-2, N1, M0 or T3, N0, M0
The tumor has invaded outside the adrenal gland into fat but does not involve adjacent organs (T3), or the regional lymph nodes have become involved (N1).
Standard Treatment The tumor is completely removed, along with any enlarged lymph nodes.
